I used a photo of a lizard and took an part of it and made it into a tessallasion.

It really is a nice pattern. I don't usually like tessellations, but this one has a really nice retro quality. The colors are good and bright without being too saturated, and it just looks nice overall. It's a pattern I would actually want to use for something. Kudos.
The colors in this are so neat! I love how they are so muted yet some of them are very bright and stand out so well, like the aqua and orange. Lovely tessellation and design! -SPHS A.H.
